What is LiftLog?

I built LiftLog because I was tired of juggling multiple apps to track my workouts, weight, and habits. As someone who's passionate about fitness, I wanted one place where I could manage everything. I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so I built it myself.

The Problem I Solved

Most fitness apps either focus on workouts OR habits OR weight tracking, but never all three in a way that actually makes sense. I wanted something that felt cohesive and helped me see the bigger picture of my health journey.

Personalized to You

Not everyone wants to track the same things. When you create your account, you can choose which modules to activate. Want just workout tracking and habits? Only interested in weight monitoring? That works too. Some people find weight tracking uncomfortable, so I made sure they could completely hide that module if they want.

Weight Monitoring

Log your weight and watch trends with smart 7-day moving averages. Daily fluctuations are misleading. I built this to show the real picture of your progress.

Habit Tracking

The habit tracker is built like a grid where each square represents one day of the year. See your entire history at a glance. It's inspired by the don't break the chain method, but visual.
